2026 GIRLS GOLF FINALISTS FOR SEMO BALL AWARDS

Anna Bell, Poplar Bluff – As a freshman, Bell made history as the first girls golfer in the school’s history to win the state title. She dominated the course throughout the season en route to All-State honors as well.

Grayson Maurer, Notre Dame – Placed seventh in the MSHSAA Class 3 state meet to help the Bulldogs to a top-four finish at state for the second time in as many years. The Army West Point signee ranked as Notre Dame’s top option in a loaded SEMO Conference field.

Julia Schlitt, Jackson – Finished her career as one of the area’s top few golfers, going blow-for-blow atop the SEMO Conference. Ended her state career on a high note, finishing inside the top 20 golfers in MSHSAA’s largest and toughest class.

Madison Thrower, Jackson = One of Jackson’s top golfers for most of her prep career, Thrower concluded her time in the high school ranks with another top-30 finish in MSHSAA’s Class 4, helping Jackson to yet another season among Southeast Missouri’s strongest programs.

Jimmy William Jr shot even par today at the Optimist Invitational, landing him a first-place finish! Congratulations!!
