Pay: $15/hr, plus tips – Seasonal
Hiring timeline: This process should take about 2 weeks. 1 week for interviews, and 1 week for onboarding/training. The training is immersive and happens during your first 2 official shifts.
Hours per week: Expect anywhere from 15-30 hours/week depending on the weather, and business needs. If more hours are desired, they will be earned.
Schedule: Opening shifts are 6:00am-1:00pm, closing shifts are 1:00pm to Dark. The hours of operation at the club adjust with the sunlight. More sunlight means longer shifts and vice versa.

In this role, you will assist the Golf Professionals in maintaining the practice facilities, help the golf shop manage an organized and efficient tee sheet, and ensure that golf carts and on-course amenities are clean, well-stocked, and in excellent condition. You will play an important role in creating a first-class experience for our members and guests.
Successful candidates should have a basic understanding of golf course operations, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering exceptional service in a team-oriented environment.
Some specific examples include: washing and detailing carts, greeting members as they arrive, picking up range balls, refilling water coolers, delivering food and drink orders to members on the golf course

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and enjoy working outdoors in a customer-focused environment. While the primary season runs through early November, limited shifts may be available from November through March based on weather conditions and operational needs.
